Welcome to MyAskLink, a product provided by Idolify AB, a company based in Sweden. Please read these terms of service carefully before using our platform.
By using MyAskLink, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Description of Service
MyAskLink provides a platform where users ("Users") can ask questions to other users and set a price to unlock the answers. Users can engage in transactions to access answers to questions posed by other Users.
2. User Responsibilities
a. Asking Responsibilities: Users who ask questions (hereinafter referred to as "Asking") are responsible for verifying the legitimacy and accuracy of the information provided by other users (hereinafter referred to as "Answering") in response to their questions.
b. Answering Responsibilities: Users who provide answers in exchange for a fee (hereinafter referred to as "Answering") are solely responsible for the content they provide and the transactions they engage in. Answering must ensure that the answers they provide are accurate, lawful, and comply with these Terms.
3. No Responsibility for Transactions
MyAskLink acts solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between Users. We do not take any responsibility for transactions between Asking and Answering, including but not limited to:
- The accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content provided by Answering.
- The actions or conduct of any User, including but not limited to scams, fraud, or misrepresentation.
- Any disputes, claims, or damages arising from transactions between Users.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between Users, including disputes related to transactions or the quality of content provided, Users agree to resolve such disputes independently. MyAskLink may, at its discretion, provide assistance in resolving disputes, but we are under no obligation to do so.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAskLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
- Any content obtained from the service.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyAskLink, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with
- Your access to or use of the service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after the effectiveness of such changes constitutes acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

8. Termination

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to MyAskLink. By submitting content, users grant Idolify AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and reproduce the content.
