Privacy & Data

Your information,
respected.

We keep this simple. Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't.

Last updated: May 2026

This policy works alongside our Terms of Service. Together, they govern your use of jeekie.com.

When you submit the inquiry form or contact us directly, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name and website (if you have one)
  • A description of what you're looking to build
  • Any other details you choose to share in your message

We don't require you to create an account, and we don't track you across other websites. If you go on to engage us for a project, additional information you share during that engagement is governed by your project agreement, not by this policy.

We use the information you submit through jeekie.com to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and recommend a package
  • Follow up if relevant

You may occasionally receive updates from us about our work, new packages, or relevant resources. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link in any update.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

When you submit the inquiry form or contact us by email, your information is processed by a small number of tools we use to run the business:

  • Email and contact management — we communicate via standard email providers and store inquiry submissions in a contact-management tool to follow up.
  • Spam protection — the inquiry form uses a third-party security service (see section 6) which processes your IP address and a short-lived token to confirm you're not a bot.

We use these tools only to the extent necessary to respond to your inquiry. We don't grant them access to your information beyond what's required, and we don't combine their data with other sources.

If you become a client, the tools we use during your project (such as invoicing, file sharing, and document signing) are covered by your project agreement — not by this Privacy Policy.

Inquiry submissions and email correspondence are kept in our working tools (email and a contact-management tool) for as long as it's useful to follow up. We don't set a fixed deletion date.

If you'd like us to delete your information at any time, just email us and we'll do it.

Regardless of where you're located, you can:

  • Ask what information we have about you
  • Request a correction if something is inaccurate
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to how we process your information
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these, email us at info@jeekie.com. We'll respond within a few business days.

We don't run advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies on jeekie.com, and we don't use cookies to build profiles of individual visitors.

Some pages load fonts from a third-party font provider so the site displays correctly. To deliver these fonts, that provider may receive your IP address as a technical necessity. Our inquiry form is protected by a third-party anti-spam service, which may set a small token or cookie in your browser solely to confirm you're a real visitor and not a bot.

jeekie.com is served through a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and operations, typically retained for a limited period. Our host also provides us with basic traffic statistics derived from these logs, such as request volumes and visitor counts by country. We use this information only to understand general site traffic and keep the site secure, not to identify or profile individual visitors.

We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website as the basis for the activities described in this section.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of jeekie.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If we make a material change, we'll note it clearly.
