Privacy & Data

Your information,
respected.

We keep this simple. Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't.

Last updated: April 2026

When you submit the inquiry form or contact us directly, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name and website (if you have one)
  • A description of what you're looking to build
  • Any other details you choose to share in your message

We don't collect payment information directly — invoices and payments are handled through third-party tools (see below). We don't require you to create an account, and we don't track you across other websites.

We use your information for one purpose: to work with you on your project. Specifically:

  • To respond to your inquiry and recommend a package
  • To send intake materials and manage project communication
  • To deliver your site and handle invoicing
  • To follow up after delivery if relevant

By working with us, you may occasionally receive updates about our work, new packages, or relevant resources. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly. We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio without prior notice.

Where data protection law applies, we process your information on the basis of contract performance — meaning we need it to deliver the service you've engaged us for.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties that may handle your information are tools we use to run the business:

  • Email — we communicate via standard email providers
  • Invoicing — payment and invoicing handled through third-party tools (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, or Venmo); their privacy policies apply to payment data
  • File sharing — project files may be exchanged via Google Drive or a similar service

We use these tools only to the extent necessary to complete your project. We don't grant them access to your information beyond what's required.

Your project information (emails, intake materials, files) is stored in our working tools for the duration of the project and a reasonable period after delivery. We don't maintain a formal client database beyond standard email and file storage.

If you'd like us to delete your information after project completion, just ask and we'll do it.

Regardless of where you're located, you can:

  • Ask what information we have about you
  • Request a correction if something is inaccurate
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent at any point before project start

To exercise any of these, email us at info@jeekie.com. We'll respond within a few business days.

This site uses Hostinger's built-in analytics to understand basic traffic patterns (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities. Hostinger may set cookies to support this — see Hostinger's privacy policy for details on what they collect.

We don't use ad pixels or sell analytics data to third parties. Third-party embeds (like Google Maps on client pages we build) may set their own cookies — their respective privacy policies govern that data.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of jeekie.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If we make a material change, we'll note it clearly.
