Any design, development, or systems work JeeKie Kollective ("we," "us," "our") performs for you ("you," "the Client") is governed by a separate written project agreement (the "Services"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

JeeKie Kollective provides website design and development ("Builds · Site") and business systems and operations work ("Builds · Systems"). The scope, deliverables, and pricing of any given service are defined in the applicable written agreement for your project. Any service or package information on the Site is general and illustrative only.
The Site itself provides general information about these Services and a way to inquire about a project.
The specifics of any engagement — deliverables, package contents, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, and revisions — are defined in the written agreement (such as a quote or scope document) agreed between you and us before work begins. That project-specific agreement governs the engagement; these Terms govern only your use of the Site.
Submitting the inquiry form or receiving a quote or recommendation creates no obligation. You are committed only once you approve the written agreement for your project.
The Site's primary way for you to interact with us is the inquiry form, along with email contact. Submitting the inquiry form or otherwise contacting us through the Site is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
When you contact us or submit information through the Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.

Ownership of work produced for a specific project is addressed in that project's agreement, not in these Terms.
We reserve the right to feature completed client work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials, subject to any confidentiality arrangement agreed in writing for that project.
The Site may contain links to or embeds from third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
